Understanding Your Application Number
Your application number format and where to find it:
- Format - Usually starts with letters followed by 9-10 digits (e.g., WP2025123456789)
- Receipt Notice - Found on your application receipt/acknowledgment letter
- Email Confirmation - Included in your submission confirmation email
- Case Sensitive - Enter exactly as shown, including letters and numbers
- Multiple Applications - Each family member has a separate number
- Keep It Safe - Treat like a password; don't share publicly
- Lost Your Number? - Contact our support center for assistance
Required Personal Information
Information needed to access your application status:
- Date of Birth - Must match exactly what's on your application
- Country of Birth - As listed on your passport or birth certificate
- Last Name - Family name as shown on your application
- Given Names - First and middle names from your application
- Passport Number - Current passport used for the application
- Security Questions - May be asked additional verification questions
- Name Changes - Use the name from your original application
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Solutions for common status checking problems:
- Application Not Found - Check application number spelling and format
- Information Mismatch - Ensure personal details match your application exactly
- System Maintenance - Portal may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance
- Browser Issues - Clear cache and cookies, try different browser
